Am I the only one who found the site kind of frustrating on mobile? It looks fine at first, but the filters were really slow for me and checkout was more confusing than it needed to be. I had to reload pages a few times just to keep going, so overall it wasn’t a great shopping experience

Delivery was a bit late. Not a huge deal, just noticed it took longer than expected. Package got here in the end, everything was fine, nothing damaged. So yeah, okay overall.

I had a problem with my order at first, but they did get back to me and sorted it out in the end. It took a little longer than I’d hoped, and I’m still not totally sure about the overall quality, but for now everything seems okay.

I had a question about my order and honestly... they got back to me way faster than I expected. They even followed up after, which was a nice touch. No waiting around forever, no complicated back and forth, just simple, helpful support. Happy with Satyn overall.

My order arrived totally fine, no issues with shipping or packaging or anything like that, but the color was a bit darker than it looked on the website. It’s not awful or unusable, kind of like when you order a light gray and it shows up more charcoal, or you expect beige and it’s closer to tan, or a shirt looks soft blue online but shows up more navy in person. I can still use it, so it’s not a huge deal, but it wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. I think having more real-life photos, like in natural light, indoors, next to other colors, or even customer photos, would make it easier to know what you’re actually getting.

I wanted to buy two items and both showed as available, so I went ahead and ordered them. After waiting in the queue and finally getting through, I was told they were out of stock. Frustrating when the stock info isn’t up to date

I had a really good experience with Satyn. The replies came quickly, and the information was clear… so, yeah, there wasn’t any unnecessary back and forth. It all felt simple and human, which I genuinely appreciated. I’d happily use them again.

I tried to return my order, but the return policy was so unclear and weirdly hard to find. I ended up digging around and basically guessing what I was supposed to do, which was just extra work I really didn’t need. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll order from them again...

I’ve only washed it once so far, but it came out looking the same, which usually tells you a lot about the quality. If this order is anything to go by, I’d be happy to buy from them again.

I like the overall look of it, honestly. The colors are soft and kinda classy, which makes it feel nice to browse through. Some of the pages do feel a bit crowded here and there, but overall it still looks good.

They did end up helping me with the issue, so that was good. I’m not sure if they were busy or what, but the replies were slow and I had to wait longer than I expected.

I ended up giving up and buying from another site instead. Disappointing experience for me.

So... I ordered my usual size from satyn.fr and it fit really well. No awkward surprises or weird sizing issues. The size guide was actually accurate for me, which was a relief. Always nice when you don’t have to deal with returns just because something doesn’t fit.
